Does any one know of a way to extract the files from the .MIG file that is created by the Vista "Easy Transfer" process without an available working instance of the Vista OS? Is there a utility on the DVD that I can use to extract the individual files that were archived by the "Easy Transfer" process?
Basically, I tried Vista Beta 2 and, for various reasons, went back to XP Pro (it's a long story). The only version of my email, settings, etc. is now in the .MIG file.
TIA, Carl
